November 28, 2020, Out and About on the Bicycles, My wife Jo is released from her doctor for "strained knee" so we finally got to ride again!

 Well 2 weeks ago my wife strained her left knee. Today we headed out to find a few local area flat roads and trails so she could finally get a miles on he bike again! We started from our apt. and headed south on the Pikes Peak Greenway Trail over to the Palmer/Mesa Greenway, through down town Co. Spgs., CO. over to the Shooks Run Trail headed back north, stopped at The Tastee Freeze Drive In for a evil (shared 1) order of chili fries, YUM! :) Then headed home via the Fontenaro St. Bike Lane to Wood Ave and too the apt.
